Fuel Tanks

TDR is now testing and constructing Aluminum & Carbon Fiber fuel tanks for the RZ 350.   Prototypes have been made and will be released by mid 2021.  Right we are working on the build process and there are many ways to form and fabricate aluminum into a fuel tank.   First release will have a modern style Yamaha R6 flush mount, screw on gas cap.  Later we will add the option to have the original style to accept the OEM RZ cap. 

   Aluminum tanks will be available in race thickness.  .032"  and .040"  .   Street version will be .080"  or .090" thick.   This will allow for long life, be dent resistant, and will come raw, completely prepped for paint with primer base, or original OEM painted by our world class painter Keith Powell @ Top Gun Restorations.
